If you decide to return the unit, simply put it in an envelope marked with your name and account number, and we will refund your purchase as soon as we have received the returned product.

We require no reason for your decision to return the item. Our partners in payment and shipping is VISA/MasterCard and DHL - we could not operate our online shops if we didn't follow up on our promises. We pay some more to use the best carriers and payment methods, but we know that this also establish the trust we need.
