DTK, which is a successful Scandinavian tuning brand, owns and operates several online
tuning shops in addition to the UK based site. Among them; Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

We established a shop in UK in 2008 and immediately got siginificant traffic and demand. The plan was to sell from Norway, which is our head quarter, directly to UK in the same way as we sell from Norway to Sweden and Denmark. We sold units every day and got a lot of traffic and demand, but cultural differencies and huge differencies in what type of cars that are most sold and used is very large between Scandinavia and UK. This caused a lot of problems and we decided to stop selling overseas from Norway to UK. We still have enquirys and orders on a daily basis, but we do not sell to UK. We will concentrate on the Scandinavian market exclusively.

So we have decided that the UK online shop could be hired out to a local UK company who is in the tuning business. Our webshop is very easy adaptable and we could change it into any other brand/logo/product in one day.
